Since this post is going out on “Small Business Saturday”, I thought it would also be a good time to share this with readers, as the Corporate Transparency Act primarily affects small businesses. As a former small business owner, I am concerned about the privacy implications of this act that has gone into effect. I hope that our incoming Republican congress will work to address this in 2025.
