On January 1, 2026, “I.T. Happens” and DNP Solutions, LLC, launched. “I.T. Happens” is a consulting organization focused on information technology solutions. Founded by Dr. Nathan Parker of Hot Springs, Arkansas, he brings his over 20 years in technology experience to serve clients across the US and around the world, serving as the company’s President/CEO and Chief Consultant. Holding a PhD in Systematic Theology from SWBTS, he was formerly a Marketing and Training Specialist at Accordance Bible Software and an IT consultant at AEM before launching out on his own. He also previously served as the President/CEO of Mallard Computer, Inc.
“I.T. Happens” offers a range of services, primarily targeting B2B, SMBs, enterprises, and nonprofits, although some services are also available for individuals. Consulting services include:
Efficiency Services: Providing organizations with their own “C.E.O.” or “Chief Efficiency Officer”, saving organizations money and time.
Infrastructure Deployment and Management Services: Providing organizations their own vCIO for deploying and managing Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, MDM, LMS, SIS, and other IAAS services.
Training Services: Providing onboarding and ongoing training services to organizations for their employees or customers, as well as the ability to serve as a virtual professor in academic environments.
Ethical Technology Consulting: Providing policies concerning the ethical use of AI and social media and ensuring digital wellbeing in organizations.
Weather Services: Drawing on over twenty years of weather experience to provide organizations with a variety of industry-leading weather services that will save lives.
Substack Services: Assisting organizations and individuals wishing to launch on Substack, as well as providing ongoing maintenance on Substack as a virtual “Chief Substack Officer”.
Marketing Services: Providing marketing, branding, sales planning, strategic growth, and communications director services for organizations.
Business Startup Technology Services: Assisting business startups with deploying their technology needs quickly and on a budget.
Media and Music Ministry Services: Assisting media and music ministries with Bible software and worship presentation software deployment and training, sermon hosting, and broadcast ministry research.
